Although Performance Tea has geared their product line to appeal to the active/fitness crowd, after performing our own due diligence we are convinced these quality CBD blends are suitable for people of all ages and stages of wellness. Their mission statement is both simple and effective: "Crafting convenient, plant-based products for health, wellness and performance."

Even selecting their name was approached from a point of inspiration, not one of intimidation or arrogant challenges. In other words, Performance Tea created their line of products to assist you in defining your own journey, not to map out a predetermined plan of action and lifestyle. In concert with their goals and intentions, they have built an exciting and motivated team united in their passion for exploring and discovering new leading edges which elevates health, longevity, and performance to new levels. Taking the best from Western empirical testing and the vast Eastern herbal knowledge base, they claim (which we find solid) to be creating the "single most powerful combination of tested, CBD adaptogenic teas" to be found on the marketplace today.

(In our examination of Performance Tea, we were also rewarded with new knowledge, specifically what adaptogens are and what they do. An adaptogen is an herb and some mushrooms which contain properties capable of supporting our own natural ability to combat stress in our life; adaptogens, are so named because of their ability to "adapt" their function to address and fulfill specific biological, chemical, or physical needs as they arise.)

Most impressive is the business grew from a passion for health and wellness, instead of another greedy money grab by jumping on an already-teetering bandwagon of lookalike CBD products. It began when founder Paolo Stuppa wanted to boost his CrossFit performance by using only  natural proteins and supplements. His good friend and co-founder, Marco, an expert formulator, gave him clean and simple guidelines: avoid sugars and chemicals, seek strength and endurance instead from herbs and mushrooms.

With that idea, Paolo hit the kitchen and began experimenting with various concoctions. After passing our three-tiered approval process (third-party testing of the products, brand background check, and final vetting process) with flying colors, we were excited to add their products to our exclusive inventory of top-quality CBD products.
