Shipping Policy and Procedures
Thank you so much for being a customer at CBD Emporium.
Upon receipt of your order, we shall endeavor to send your product within two (2) business days via FedEx Ground, US Postal Service or UPS Ground.
If you need your product quicker, please contact our Corporate Headquarters and place your order over the phone. Please note, expedited shipping shall include extra costs passed through to you.
Within two (2) business days you should receive a tracking number to the appropriate email and/or cell phone via text message. In order to receive the tracking number, you must provide your email or cell phone during the transaction. Also, you should be aware that many tracking confirmation emails end up in your SPAM Folder. If you did not receive your tracking number, please click here and let us know.
If there is an order problem or back order, you will be contact via email as soon as practical and a CBD Emporium customer support person shall notify you via telephone. Again, you must supply your phone and/or email during checkout in order for these contacts to be made.
If an order problem or back order is going to exceed seven (7) days from your order date, you will automatically be refunded for the product in question.
At this time, we do not charge our customers for shipping. Please note, this is subject to change without notice of any kind.
CBD Emporium reserves the right to alter, edit, or change this policy at any time without prior notice. Additionally, CBD Emporium reserves the right for any reason, to reject any order.
